Things to understand before buying a computer:

1) Too many retail stores buy their computers or computer components in large quantities; at times the computers/components may sit in a warehouse for many months or even a year or two before being sold and this is not good for consumers, because the consumer is buying an older computer right out of the box. Too many times updates have not been added to correct file problems or revisions may have been made with the components to correct a problem, thus an older computer may not be what a customer "thinks" they are buying.

2)  Many  sales people who sell computers are in "sales" and they get paid by "commission on what they sell" so the pressure is on them to sell, rather than match the computer to the customer's needs/budget. Too many in the computer sales positions do not know enough about computers to correctly match the correct computer to the customers needs and many simply do not care, they just want the sale.

What we do for our customers: first we find out what the person/business will use the computer for,  then we search the products ratings and find the most current products, then we quote the more current systems, designed with quality components to provide good service to the customer. If we can not provide you with a computer with decent components for a particular budget, we will tell you, rather than sell something, just to get your money.

We test and set up each and every computer, update the operating system files, etc. to the latest posted files available. Our custom systems are easy to use, and easy to navigate. 

We register all software, warranty information, etc. and we give the customer the floppy disk and CD ROMS for the programs on their computer, including the operating system software (OS). We feel the customer paid for all the related components and they should get what they paid for.
